Breakthrough eyeshadow texture combines the illuminating, rich finish of a Charlotte Tilbury POP shade with the blendability of a creamy, powder-based eyeshadow. The eyeshadow is finely milled and blended with oils and waxes for an easy-to-use application and long-lasting pigment. Polished pearl pigments deliver an iridescent shimmer with a velvety smooth finish. Can be used dry for a buildable layer of colour, or with a damp Blender Brush to build a metallic, wet-look finish and 3x the colour intensity.
